Self Service Return Instructions

Did you know that product returns are easy at Whole Blooms? Whether its wedding flowers, greenery, floral supplies or any other product purchased, we understand if your new purchase doesn't work out the way you imagined, so we've made the return process quick and simple for you.


While contacting Whole Blooms is initially recommended for instructions, products can be returned by following these simple directions. Please note that merchandise must be unused and unaltered. To prevent damage to your return, it is recommended that merchandise be packed in the original manner as packed and using the specially made flower boxes originally used (a pro-rated credit will be made for damaged product). Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and customer assumes return shipping fees.

Product returned must be received prior to events NO EXCEPTIONS via an overnight delivery service and in usable condition for resale purposes. Refunds of returns not made via overnight for delivery next day cannot be granted due to the perishability of the product purchased. Complete item purchased must be returned with original box and packing. Partial, altered or damaged product will result in a pro-rated or loss of entire refund. Customer assumes return shipping fees for reasons other than receipt of damaged product or incorrect product. If you require a return label, please contact a representative. A shipping fee will be assessed in such instances and charged at customary, prevailing rates. Please reference your order number inside your packaging.


Why a restocking fee is necessary?


Product purchased is cut-to-order and by return it, it has to be either sold at a discounted price or it goes to waste.


How many days a customer has to initiate a return?


4 days after delivery but flowers must be returned prior to events so if the flowers are ordered for 2 days before the event, clients must return them before their event.


Who is responsible for creating a return label?


Client who decides to return product needs to pay for the returning shipping cost. Returned product needs to be overnighted the same way it was delivered.


How / Where to drop off the return package?


Depending on the shipping company selected by client for the return, product can be taken to Fedex, UPS, or the US Post Office for an overnight delivery.


Making an International Return?


Please follow the instructions discussed above. Keep in mind that returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with tax law.
